Frequently asked questions

Does the price include VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. For EU customers, VAT is added at checkout. Business buyers with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. When Pro expires, the plugin falls back to the free core, which keeps working.

How many sites does a licence cover?

There are three packages: 1, 5 or 25 websites. Need more? Contact us for a custom quote.

Does the emergency button still work when Pro expires?

Yes. The life-saving core always keeps working, even without an active subscription.
