What it is

One email with everything you need

When the administrator adds you as an emergency user, you receive a welcome email. With Pro, that email is more than an explanation: at the bottom is your Emergency Passport. It is a tidy, saveable overview with exactly the details you need to secure the site yourself in an emergency.

Keep that email somewhere safe, for example in your password manager. Then you have everything at hand in an emergency, even when you cannot reach the administrator.

Reset password

Keep this email somewhere safe, for example in your password manager.

✓Login name and email address — so you know exactly which account to log in with.
✓The password is never included — only you know it. Forgot it? One button resets it.
✓Smart login link — points to the right login page, even when it's hidden by a security plugin.
✓Phone and private email — extra recovery details, shown safely masked.
✓Fallback contact — where to turn if the email doesn't arrive or something isn't working.
Why it helps

Ready for the moment things go wrong

🔌
The administrator is unreachable

In an emergency you sometimes can't reach the web manager. Your passport is already in your own inbox, so you don't have to ask anyone for details.

🔒
The login page is hidden

Many sites hide the login page with a security plugin. The passport recognises this — WPS Hide Login, Perfmatters, All In One Security, SecuPress, iThemes/Solid Security — and gives the right link.

🗂️
Everything in one place

No hunting for scattered details. One saved email holds everything to secure the site — quick to find when you need it.

Extra recovery details

Adding phone and private email

Your passport also lists a phone number and a private email address. These are extra recovery details, separate from your site. They increase the chance that you can make an emergency backup when it really matters.

✓They are shown masked (for example 06 ••••• 678), so the email stays safe to keep.
✓Nothing filled in yet? Then it shows Not provided yet, with a tip to add them.
